  7. Passer la préparation au chinoi afin d en tirer une crème bien lisse et laisser refroidir
  8. Battre les œufs, salé, poivré et ajouter 1 cac de curcuma ajouter 20 cl de crème et battre à nouveau
  9. Etaler et piquer la pâte feuilleté, trancher le poulet et deposer dans le fond
  10. Melanger lentement les deux préparations puis verser sur le poulet. Enfourner 35 à 40 min à 180°
  11. Laisser reposer 5 min avant de servir. Cette quiche peut également se savourer froide. Bon appétit !
